It was a pleasure doing business with the company. Your rep, Chris was professional, kind and patient. I was holding a sleeping 😴 grandchild at the time I placed the order. She was careful in using a soft enough voice so as not to wake her up.That was special! ❤️ Thanks 😊 Chris!

I talked to Kristen when I ordered my husband's hospital bed and she answered all my questions. I ordered the $425.00 set up service and when I called for an update on delivery, there was no technician in my area, so I got a refund on the service. Got the bed 2 days later and my 14 yo and I put it together in a couple of hrs.

Daryl provided excellent service to my questions and helped me through the buying process. Overall fairly simple.

The price was more affordable than the co-pay I had to pay for a similar wheelchair in 2017. I suggest that you keep a close eye on some of your distributors. They are overcharging Medicare and gleaning obscene profits from vulnerable people.

Well when I had any questions someone was there to answer it.
