I was pleased with the easy to read drop down menus. I also liked that filling in the information was basic and not too much or not too little.

Had all the information and pictures I needed, once the helpful person gave me some information I found what I wanted.

The sale representative was very polite However the arms on the chair are not what I expected

Our lift arrived ahead of schedule. It is very well constructed and was simple to assemble. My only issue was the battery did not have a firm latch and kept popping loose. A few wraps of electrical tape fixed that. Operationally it works extremely well.

Christin was so helpful. Able to get a lift chair for my 91 year old mom the same day!

I had the best salesman that met all my needs in purchasing the Jazzy Air Electric Scooter. Scott did not rush me in answering any questions that needed answering. Overall I give him 110% or more for his services.
