Product came quickly and was delivered on time. However, the extra page included with the manual indicated it replaced page 7 when it really replaced page 6. When I plugged in the unit to charge the light on the charger did not come on even after 5 hours. There is power since the lift went up and down, but I am not sure if the charger is operating.

I almost gave a 5 star. Communication was good, could have been great. choices of available chairs were limited as well as color. Delivery was on-point. Wish I would have ordered a large size than a medium size portable chair.

I have been on hold for over 8 minutes attempting to cancel the order. Immediately after ordering, I was made aware that the frame can include a mattress for a low fee. *edit - I was frustrated because the customer service rep had me on hold for almost 9 minutes just to cancel an order, however, my order was cancelled and my money refunded very quickly thereafter.

Hello, During high call volumes, we do prompt the options for a callback request so you don't have to wait on hold and I'm happy to see you took advantage of that convenience that we offer. I do see your order for a mattress was placed at about 3:30PM and was refunded in full at 3:58PM same day. I checked to see if the bed frame was ordered with us so we could offer a mattress at a discounted price but I was unable to locate any previous orders. We're happy the company you ordered with was able to provide that to you also! Pleasure to help you in the future if needed.

After discussing with my siblings we decided this scooter would be best for me. When calling back Kristin remembered me and what she had recommended, put the order in and it is on it's way.

Addressing the basic needs of my concerns

Darrell was fantastic to work with on a complicated layout of a modular wheel chair ramp. The company you all were working with struggled to understand the design so what should have taken a week or two took a few months to get right. But Darrell advocated for us, was patient, always professional and courteous and in the end, got it done. Going with a modular aluminum ramp was much more cost efficient than building our own. Took off two stars for the challenges of the company you all work with and added one back for Darrell :-)
