I was not informed that the item I ordered was out of stock until 6 days later. When it finally shipped I had to call the twice just to get a tracking number. These guys are disorganized. I would have shopped elsewhere had I known.

Wasn't kept in the loop on delivery. The product we provided had to be set up when delivered and patient was upset that we did not have technicians available. We were disappointed we went aware of the tracking.

The website was easy to order from, my problem came with customer service. I called to find out the status of my order and the person helping me was not very good. I was told it hadn’t shipped yet and would come out of Florida. A few hours later I got an email it was out for delivery. Seems it was sent from the same state we live in and sent the day after ordering. I was glad to get it quicker than told, but was very unhappy with the lack help and correct info I got when calling.

I received my 3 wheel rollator walker and was very excited (not my 1st). Two days later the left hand brake broke and was totally useless leaving the walker rolling into the street. I called and they promised a replacement which did not come.So I called again and they promised it would arrive before I was leaving on vacation. It came as promised but this was a month after the order. It came in a in a sturdy box (unlike the box of #1 walker which was in shreds at my door). However for the second time I put this one together and then I had to get the broken walker back in the box to return. I am 76 and disabled and it was some job to repack what men usually do in the factory.. When I was done I was almost in tears and swore I would never go through this again.

Did not ship when the website said (1-2 days vs. I don't know, placed order more than a week ago), and Med Mart did not send me a notification and a tracking number when it shipped (if it actually did). Online chat tech did not check status and let me know the next day as promised. Shipping company will not give information about arrival estimate, only where something supposedly has been for days (maybe my lift chair, maybe not, there is no identification or item information associated with the tracking number the online tech gave me).

Hello and good morning, I've taken a look at your order history and would like to clarify so we can help you best. You ordered your item on Friday the 20th. You called first thing Monday morning asking why tracking was sent. We informed at that time that nothing is processed or shipped or fulfilled on the weekends. Your item shipped out on the 2nd business day, Tuesday and shipped freight as your order is about a 200lb shipment. Estes shows this out for delivery Wednesday. We will always encourage you to call the freight company direct about specific details on your order as they will be delivering to you direct however we're happy to help in anyway possible. We have replied to every correspondence we've had with you by phone and via chat and it's a pleasure to continue doing so. We're hoping this clears up any confusion that may have existed and hope you have a nice weekend. Thank you.

It took a week for me to get my tracking information letting me know that my order was set to arrive the very day that I received the tracking number. None of my e-mails, nor my voicemail, were ever answered with an update on the tracking.

The reason I purchased this product was because of the fast delivery. When I ordered it, I was told it would ship out 7-20-18. But it didn't get shipped until 7-23. Very upset about that. There is a chance It MAY arrive in time. I still do not have a delivery date, as requested, and It doesn't show it through the shipper. Should have cancelled the order and looked elsewhere. I would rather have gone local, but couldn't find a dealer.
