whatnwent wrong on your end( MEDMART) NOTHING WENT WRONG FOR YOUR SALESMAN (Kaleb) your company taught him well you should be proud .HE SUSCESELY TOLD A PLAIN LIE TO A SENIOR CITIZEN ABOUT THE DELIVERY END OF MY PURCHASE IT CAME IN PEICES ON A FORKLIFT SKID .I COULD NOT BUDGE IT SO HEAVY SO THE DESCRIPTION WAS A LIE AND THAT IS ON (MEDMART) ONLY KALEB LIED ON RIDING SCOOTER RIGHT OFF TRUCK NO MENTION OF NEEDING A MECHANIC TOLD ME ,2 THINGS PUSH SEAT IN AND SIDE VIEW MIRROWS (JUST SCREW IN L&R )THATS IT LIAR,LIAR,LIAR,LIAR,DO NOT TRUST THIS SALESMAN HE TOOK 25% OF 4700&SCOOTER THAT CAME IN PEICES W?F,,

Everything has gone wrong with this order delays. Then today I received my product after so many calls and frustration on the line. Not to say that the product was not cheap at all more then 1000.00 dlls.. Anyway I received the product and the person from Fed Ex was so embarrassed cus the box had been open and tape up again, very poorly, he said he had reported already to his agency and for us to check cuz that was how he received it. I went how during lunch to check on the product and to my surprise it was not even a box it was several boxes taped together with tape as I open the so call box the chair was torn very poorly package . I been trying to contact a representative and I get disconnected after wait for a long time on the line. I am in the process of calling the customer service from the financing to see if they can help, or report to consumer product. I will no longer buy from this agency again .

Purchased mobility scooter with this company. The day it arrived I realized it was too heavy for me to lift on my own living with multiple sclerosis. Three or four days later, I contacted the company to start the cancellation process only to be told that somebody would contact me back, and nobody did. I kept trying to get an update with no response and then got in touch with the finance company. Only to be told from the finance company that is supervisor was also reaching out to Med regarding the cancellation and return because it was too heavy for me to lift on my own with my disability. Almost a month and a half later I still don’t have any update and every time I email nobody responds. The finance company has also been trying to communicate with Med only to get no response. Now I’m being told that it’s not eligible for a return and I’m stuck with a device that I have to pay thousands of dollars for when I can’t even physically move it. This is absolutely unacceptable. Somebody dropped the ball and made a huge mistake and now I’m the one cleaning up the mess? Absolutely unacceptable and I will be reporting the company until this is resolved

Still the product not shipped after 7 days from purchase and this is not acceptable

This company provides equipment for people with disabilities. And yet it takes a very cognizant and assertive individual to get any degree of timely or helpful response regarding products that have broken - regardless of how new the products are. Furthermore, its as if the company forgets that people with disabilities are relying on their products to function in order to simply survive each day. To have to email and call repeatedly to be able to get very simple questions answered and new products ordered/shipped is horrible customer service. Remember who your audience is. I will ensure that I do NOT recommend this company as a supplier for people in the disability community as they will not feel supported by the staff nor will they be able to trust the equipment that they spend top dollar for.

I never received this order. Where is it???

I need to return my scooter. I called a few times and try to do this online. Even chatted with someone online. Today I spoke to someone that said it was too late for me to return it. I have NOT opened it!! It is brand new in the box. I have nowhere to store it, can't carry or access it. Please call me ASAP

Their refund policy is a joke. I bought a mobility scooter from them which ended up being to big and powerful for me. Opened the box, put it together , sat on it and ran it 15 feet and put it right back in the box as it came. It took weeks to get it picked up and then took weeks to get any kind of a refund only when I filed a dispute with PayPal and got them involved did I get only half my money back. I believe that without PayPal being involved I would be waiting for a refund for eternity. They can do whatever they like because if you read the refund policy it is so convoluted that they don’t have to do anything except drag the process out until you give up. My advice. Don’t buy from them!!!
