Med-Mart does not have a battery expert on staff. So finding the right C-4 AFISCOORTER 40 or 50 AH battery is a time consuming experience. Some phone calls are not returned and some are. Some staff try to help but do not have the information needed. The computer shows this, but the picture that goes with the item number, if accurate, is the wrong battery. The Staff is considerate & helpful.

The site was a little difficult to navigate. It took time to find the part that had been recommended by a care-giver. It was good that the sling came in different sizes. We purchased the medium based on patient's weight. Package arrived earlier than expected.
