Very bad review
Not good at all, someone sent the wrong bed and a walker, my son can’t walk, I did not order a walker rather a $799 hospital bed with long rails. None of the parts number match my order. I took pictures & sent to Emma who sent an email, that was Thurs Aug 29th today is Tues Sep 3rd and no one has responded. Bad business practices,

Hi there- We're incredibly sorry that a walker was misdelivered in place of the bed rails. We reviewed the images that were sent and the bed with mattress are correct and set up however the rails packaging was mispicked in the warehouse and that's where the walker was mistakenly shipped. We have placed a new order for the rails and expedited that shipment for the inconvenience. We strive to provide quick and excellent delivery times with accuracy and again, we apologize we failed in this instance and don't take this lightly when mistakes like this occur.
