Easy ordering
I enjoy shopping and ordering is easy. I am still waiting on one of the items from my first order. It’s a support bar for the run.

I understand that there are manufacturing delays but I wish there was more communication with me regarding the delays. I was told to call back at the end of the week, the customer service agent said they would reach out to the manufacturer and email me. No follow up. Again, I understand this is a manufacturer’s issue but I think MedMart could do better keeping me updated on the status.

I called to order a ramp. No one answered the phone even though it was during the listed business hours. I tried again, a woman answered the phone and put me on hold immediately. I waited patiently as I understood she may be working by herself. I waited and waited. Finally I ordered the product that was needed on line. She never came back to the phone. Not very good customer service. The product received was fine.

My issue was a Hi-low motor (part#115428) for an XL Twin medical bed (CS7 model). By the time I got through by phone, the bed failure cleared finally after repeated reset attempts of control system across 20 days. I was required to settle the initial cost of motor for $185 upfront, to be refunded upon the return of old part. Now the issue is what if the bed fails again after I change a part that is now functioning? So I am forced to hold the new part and risk no return of refund, because I haven't sent the old part back to Med Mart.

Purchasing and delivery were fine Unfortunately this chair was purchased for a person that is not mobile We didn't realize that since it is a lift chair, she can not face the computer This is a real problem, but not your fault Joan

Ok service although product has a defect. I’ll see if manufacturer backs their product or not shortly when I contact them about repairs. Thanks, Pat

I was forced [required] to purchase a Pride Mobility Scooter from Med Mart - a medical supply provider. Initially, I spoke directly with Pride Mobility [the manufacturer] to have my questions answered, but was given 6 potential suppliers from which I had to pick one. Based on individual supplier websites, I was less than impressed by most. Nonetheless, I selected Med Mart. I then had to ASK for the promised mobile app' 5% discount. My purchase was to be delivered - free - out of a Pennsylvania warehouse, in about 2-days. At delivery time, the truckers would not convey the scooter to the 5th floor of an elevator building; my call to the Med Mart CS Rep' was met with a typical lip-service response: 'It's a free delivery!' Yes, ultimately, the truckers left the well-packaged scooter outside of the 5th-floor apartment. In short, there were too many hands involved in an almost $1900 purchase. Pride Mobility should reexamine its business model, a for the world of eCommerce, where direct to consumer benefits all parties.
