Only received accessory kit not scooter.

Though the products were fine, i had trouble communicating my issues with staff. The lift is great, the sling well made but the wrong one for my purpose. i was told to watch the video on transfering from a car. In theory it looked simple, trying to do the same not so easy til i noticed my sling had different straps. my straps were too long to lift in a car, the ones in the video were much shorter, i gave up trying to convince the operators my problem. evidently no one there watches the videos. I have too much going on to fight with these people. They sent me a complimentary sling to use instead, they sent a child size in a very cheap product that i wouldn't use even if the right size. My husband needs more support in a sling. i'll have to find alternative slings.

Customer Service rep. would not provide any I information on bed delivery date. Product arrived late, no delivery data provided and caused patient change in discharge to later date. Customer rep Stacey more interested in ending my phone call than providing service.

I just received a call today 7/10 regarding the delivery of my order. I was disappointed that this was the first communication I received on this. The freight company had difficulty contacting me as they had the wrong phone number. Then the rep discovered they had not been given my apartment number which is needed for the delivery. The rep from your company was very courteous but obviously did not relay all of the order information correctly. That was somewhat of a disappointment but does not necessarily mean I won't try using your company again. After 1 month the scooter broke. No one at med mart could help me and no one at drive was able to help with . I will never ever use either of these companies àgain. Also the white glove delivery service to the tune of $175.00 was not worth it. Both companies gave me the run around with the other. For someone on a fixed income that needs this product this was a huge disappointment.

The EMV arrived in good condition. Don't pay the assembly charge! Hire someone to do it Once they have your money, neither Medmart or Pride will bother.

One shipment of catheters was sent to the wrong address and never recovered and I was still charged for these. One shipment of catheters was partially delivered with no information on multiple shipments. Still haven't received the second shipment. I ordered patient gowns for my office, but received no information about this to use for my billing. Overall, I have been unhappy with the service from MedMart.

I was told the Bellavita Bath Chair would be shipped to me from a warehouse near CA. When the chair didn't come I contacted MedMart and was told it was on back order. At that time I requested my order be cancelled and was told they had one chair in Ohio which would be shipped to me. What they sent me was an unwrapped (not the way Drive Medical sends bath chairs) chair with a box labeled "No Manual" and a "copied" manual inside with the bottom of some pages missing. I immediately told the people who were giving financing for the chair I was not at all happy with an open boxed item being sent to me as a new item and wanted what I wanted when I learned the bath chair was on back order to cancel my order. I am waiting the decision of the finance co. I am very skeptical of Med Mart who misrepresented things to me. A reputable company would have told me in the beginning the bath chair was on back order and would have let me never make the order or cancel it. We will see if Med Mart sends me a return shipping label for the open box item they sent me and finally cancels my order as requested when I learned the bath chair was on back order. I want never to deal with Med Mart again. Update: After a lot of back and forth emails Med Mart finally sent me a shipping label to return the Bellavita Bath Chair. Hence I will add a star to my rating. I think I have been spoiled by buying things from Amazon Prime. It was the financing that attracted me to Med Mart. With Amazon Prime I'm used to receiving orders in two days. When the representative I first spoke to at Med Mart said the Bath Chair would be shipped from a warehouse near CA, I was expecting quick service to help me with a very sick mentally handicapped brother who couldn't stand to get out of the bathtub (had to call the fire dept. to help).

Traciking info is poor and I cannot get someone to assist me. Ugh. Product will be great. Just need better communication. The link in email for tracking never worked. 😕
