I am very satisfied with my shopping experience. I found an item I liked (Hi Low Sit to Stand Patient Lift Walker) and had a substantial chat about it with your specialist Darrell Flunker. He answered my multiple questions and gave me valuable suggestions. Then, after a week of serious thinking (the price is high!), I finally decided to place an order, but still needed help with this. So, I called the customer service and talked with a very nice lady who answered all my questions and also gave me a generous discount. Thank you Med Mart!

Easy transaction... Ordered on Monday and received it on Thursday... The HPL 402 was easy to put together, just have the tools it says you need at hand and a little common sense!!!

Ordered on line on a Monday. Talked to a representative who was very helpful. Chair was delivered by Thursday.
