I’m still waiting to receive my order. I didn’t think it would be this long. I Called and they couldn’t even find my order. I was told they would call me back and I haven’t gotten a call back either.. I’m ready to buy a new four wheel scooter and there could care less. Very disappointing.

The product selection and pricing was great. Placing the order was easy. Unfortunately, communication about the order was not ideal -- I had to call several times and was not given a call-back or the tracking information I needed. The staff on the phone was always pleasant and concerned, but there was no followup. When I did get delivery/set-up, the team did not appear to know how to set up the product and it took about 4 hours. Previously, when I had used a rental, set-up took about 30 minutes.

Getting in touch was fairly easy - there was a bit a a wait, but that was expected. The staff was helpful in helping me to choose the right mattress - I think - because it still has not arrived. The mattress shipped out via FedEx on 9/4 and I am still waiting - no help yet from FedEx or MedMart (I called MedMart and they have not returned my call). FedEx lost track of package on 9/6 - it is now 9/11 and I am waiting for the gal assigned to case to contact me. Frustrating as client (the person I ordered for) desperately needs the mattress.

I like the product but it was delivered to the wrong address as the shipping label on the box had the incorrect address. I checked my account and confirmation email and it was correct there. I am disappointed that a mistake like this can happen. It was my first purchase on this site and now I am not sure my purchases will be delivered correctly if I order from here again.

Still waiting for my scooter to be delivered. I ordered it on August 5th, been trying to find out when it will come. Today is August 18th, and I can’t get a straight answer from MedMart. I contact them and they text me back that they have their best people working on it. But now almost two since I ordered it, I have no idea when it’s coming. They NEVER get back to me. I told them I really need it to get around. All I get is silence. NOT HAPPY !!!

The batteries worked just fine but, it took a month for it to arrive after the order was placed. It takes up to 30 minutes on hold to talk to anyone when you place a call. Very frustrating.

With your girl on the phone it was easy to buy, EW#52, But since then you keep asking me to enter my tracking number which I never received, when I go on chat They start a conversation and then stop. Has my unit shipped, if so what is the tracking number?
