Ordered a chair and have been waiting almost 2 months have not received any updates on my order!

We still haven't heard back about our order after an installer came to look at and measure our stairs. That was probably a month ago.

I have not received my ceiling lift yet. It has been a week since I ordered the merchandise. FedEx delivered the free sling, but without the lift, it will be of no use.

When I ordered the unit, I was never given a delivery/installation date. When I reached out to a customer representative, I was told it typically takes 2-3 weeks. At the the 3 week mark, I inquired again and was contacted by the manufacturer & was told that the factory had been shut down for over a week so there were none being produced. Why wasn't I contacted when the they knew my order would be delayed? They said that the factory should be up & running in a few days. So 3 weeks & 4 days after my order was placed, I was told it was shipped. We received the unit 4 weeks to the day after it was ordered. It was installed 4 weeks & 4 days from order date (we found no fault with the installer as it is understandable that he had other jobs & couldn't get to it immediately). When you have someone sitting in a nursing home costing the family $176/day, it is frustrating that all you are told is we apologize for any inconvenience & the company does nothing to make up for it. The lack of communication to let us know how long it would take and when there were significant delays was completely ridiculous & inconsiderate.

I had a horrible experience with the driver of the van that drove the truck. First, I never got a call telling me when they were going to deliver my chair. Second, I was on a conference call when I was told he was here. I had someone go downstairs and tell him but he couldn’t wait. When I finished my call I went downstairs and he had already left. Since the box wouldn’t go in the elevator, he put it in the dining room. I finally had our maintenance crew come and took it out of the box and got it upstairs and put it together for me. I have never had anything like this happen to me.

It was easy placing the order Ordered three items: a walker. A cup holder. A cane holder Received cup holder and cane holder within four days however somewhat disappointed that the walker has not arrived after a week Initial response when ordered was it would take one to two days.

Had the item delivered but the person would not bring it into my home

Evan in sales was knowledgeable and helpful in answering questions about the MedMizer bed. The MedMizer bed is excellent. Where service and attitude fell off substantially with MedMart was after the sale of the MedMizer bed to us. We paid $250 for white glove delivery and updated the account to reflect my sister's contact information rather than my own as the bed was being delivered to her home and I was planning to be out of the country. My sister was never notified or called about the delivery and schedule directly. When I was called instead and happened to pick up the phone while traveling, I let her know and she tried calling MedMart back. She was on hold for a long time and then MedMart would not give her any contact information about the delivery company. She asked to speak to a manager and the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. She called again later in the week when she had not heard from the white glove delivery company and was on the phone for a long time and finally told MedMart that she simply would not hang up the phone until she was given the contact information for the white glove delivery company. After 45 minutes, they finally conceded and provided the information. Once she called the white glove delivery company, they were very responsive and customer service oriented. MedMart needs to treat their customers with more service post sale and ensure that the customer has what they need to get the $6k bed that they ordered.
