The receptionist or customer services was very helpful to answer all my questions. My mattress arrived in great shape and on time. The only issue that I have is that the mattress has a deep rubbery order to it. Like an inner tube. I am going to get an outer cover for it to see if it will hold down the smell. Please let me know if there is another way to eliminate the order. Thank you Randy W. Hull

After doing a bit of research on Hi Low beds so my wife and I can continue to share a bed I while she recovers from a stroke, decided on the Flex-A-Bed Hi-Lo Adjustable Bed with the latex mattress. Med Mart had the best detailed descriptions and videos to help make an informed decision for a large expense. I fully expected the code to not be applicable to this purchase. I was pleasantly surprised that it was accepted and made a good deal even better. I will be using them to research any other medical needs we may need in the future.
