Darryl answered all my questions and was very patient with me. I am a 1st time buyer of a mobility device so I was a bit in decisive. I narrowed my choices down to 2 devices and Darryl helped me process which one would be a good fit for me and my usage-taking key factors into consideration like the weight of the heaviest piece when traveling especially traveling alone. I ended up choosing the Pride Maxima as opposed to the Merits Gemini. I haven't received the scooter yet, but will write another review about its performance once it is received.
