Custom Wheelchair Order
I ordered a custom wheelchair for my daughter, this is my first time and there were a lot of choices/measurements. We did our best but some of the combinations were not compatible. Margaret called and walked me through all of the options, reasons they were incompatible, and the price differences. The conversation lead to my child’s condition and how she will be ambulatory user with the wheelchair. Margaret was sympathetic and shared her experiences with the same condition. The ordering process felt so personalized and in the end I felt I had made all of the right decisions.
