Arrived quickly, was a breeze to set up (literally just putting wheels on and arm bars). Did a test lift and it worked perfectly! This alleviates a lot of stress as now we will know just what to do if my mom falls again - it preserves her dignity and keeps her and us from getting injured trying to yank her up. (No more calling the fire department which was also embarrassing for her.) Fantastic purchase.
