Excellent customer service, Fast shipping, Excellent products. My 90 year old mom LOVES the foam mattress that came with her hospital bed which she also loves because, with very weak finger strength, she can control the head and foot end of her bed to her liking without having me sit next to her waiting for her to have me change it for her like we did in the nursing home. Everyone at the nursing home had difficulty raising and lowering mom's bed for her with the antiquated controller they had.

I spoke with Tim and he clearly explained every step of my ordering process to make sure we had everything right. I feel so much better about this big purchase after speaking with a live and very helpful person!

Had trouble placing my order and after several calls. I talked to Kristin each time, she was very patient and polite. Finally I gave up and started looking elsewhere for a lift. I ask my daughter for help and within 5 minutes she had placed the call and my lift was on its way. Thank you for being professional, Jim

My experience with medmart could not have been any better. Lynn was extremely helpful and professional. She gave me options but was not pushy. Very understanding of my situation and constraints. If the need arises for additional services I will not hesitate to contact them.
