I received the scooter when promised. The scooter was in good shape. The only problem was one of pieces was missing. I called the next day and they are supposed to be sending the part. Once received I would then give a 5 star review.

Needed to return an item. It took 5 phone calls checking on status of refund to my credit card. Everybody said they would get it done right away. Well......probably wouldn’t order from this Company again.

Got the lift/neck support that attaches to the hoyer lift but no lift since two weeks!?....... Shipment was split....hoyer lift arrived on the 15th of December...all set!

The product was great, but I never received shipping information. The walker was for a friend who is (obviously) having mobility troubles, and she needed help getting it inside her house. I wanted to give her a time frame when it might be delivered so someone could stop by and help, but I never heard.

I am waiting for delivery. I received an email a week ago Wednesday, stating my Hoyer lift was shipped that morning. The sales person told me I should get it in 2 days. Friday afternoon I called Med Mart to check on delivery. This person told me the lift was shipped Friday and Fed X will email me tracking information Friday evening. That didn’t happen. Monday I called again and was told it will be delivered Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon I received a phone call from Fed X telling me the lift will be delivered Wednesday between 10:00am and 2:00pm. We’ll see if that happens. The delivery is very important because my wife has MS and can’t move any part of her body except her head. During a transfer a bone broke in her shoulder and was hospitalized. The only way to transfer her now is with a Hoyer lift.
