When I spoke to an actual person she was very nice and helpful. But twice I called and left a message for someone to call me back ( before I put in an order) and no one ever did. The lady I ordered from was suppose to give me a 6% discount. I called her back to make sure she did but she never returned my call. The bed was over $4000 so that cost me a lot of money. So the service was awful. Bed hasnt come yet so I don’t know how that will be.

Very unhappy with the lack of information sent to me about delivery and set up.. we still have not received out purchase.. order # 100044306... I have waited and waited to hear from WSR as well to set up a delivery And set up to my house . Very confusing.. You got our money, but we don’t have our Chair and the person who needs it here suffers by not having this chair..

Hello, We're not okay that you're not happy with your order process. I looked up the order and you ordered a large item with delivery and set up service 7 business days ago. Delivery and set up service always adds 1-2 weeks onto a delivery time and we inform that at the time of the order. Your equipment was delivered to the technician assigned to your delivery and he is scheduled to call you today or tomorrow if they haven't already by the time of this reply. We're right on target for the projected time frame and hope you love your new chair. Thank you and be well.

We received the lift we paid for but it came without a charger so we are still working with the company to try and get a charger. In the mean time we still can not lift our to wheelchair boys each weight 100lbs. So sad and disappointed.

I gave Med Mart 2 stars because the item I ordered - a shower bench - is not eligible for return once it is opened ... but, until it is opened and assembled there is no way to know if it is a stable bench. So I now have an assembled bench - sitting on my closet floor that has never even been sat on because my husband didn't feel even slightly secure about using it.

Pieces missing upon arrival and difficult to get customer service to help send the replacements. FedEx severely damaged box and it arrived with major holes and all the styrofoam was crushed. Probably where the pieces went due to conditions of the box upon arrival.

Unable to get a response from them. Also... the packaging was terrible... looked like it had fallen off a truck and wet and burned... ups said that’s how it was when he picked it up. :(. Now I need to return it and can’t get a response!
