purchased sit to stand lift over phone. The person we talked to was very helpful with the questions we had and helped us with size and options. The product was delivered within a few days as she had told us. On delivery the carton was damaged and the parts inside were jumbled. But everything was there and undamaged. Put it together and it worked with no problem.
