The wheel chair is great. But the med-mart customer service not much good at all. I will find somewhere else to buy my needs. Spent $500.00 and they don’t care.

Just took longer to receive it than I thought it should have.

EDIT: I called once again today to speak to a supervisor and I reached Margaret Ryan who has redeemed the past issues with an expedient response and they are replacing the chair with it shipping out in two days. She went out of her way to offer the best solution. Fingers crossed the chair replacement runs smoothly. BEWARE!! I bought a $2000 Lift Chair for my 94 year old mother who uses it 10 hours a day. She is up and down often. Within 6 weeks of owning the chair, the reclining motor had a problem. It took multiple tries to get someone to even schedule service. Once the technician came he had to order parts and then again, no one contacted us for weeks with any status. After my repeated calls, they blamed having to order parts and COVID's effect on supply chain for the delay. The next time I called, I learned that the parts had been in but they were trying to find a technician that worked our area (Austin, Texas - not a small city). It took a month to get the service scheduled. It was finally fixed and now 3 months later, the same issue is happening again. I've called 3 times to report it and asked to schedule a service, and each time customer service acknowledges my complaint and offers to call me back when they have word from the manufacturer, but there has been no effort to call me. This is a safety issue for my mother -- we paid $2000 for a chair which is falling apart and I can't get anyone to respond.

Your product is great Communication with customer could be better. Did not receive an order number (ever), nor a firm delivery schedule. after i called it was delivered on schedule.

Well so far I'm not impressed with anything except for the polite ladies that I have spoken with on phone. But as far as everything else. Feel free to contact me

The walker is well built but too heavy for my use.

3 stars because the product arrived pretty quickly; however, we received no follow-up email to notify us that it had shipped (no tracking info, etc.). Plus, one item ordered was missing with no word as to whether it is backordered, coming separately, etc. I've sent an email to MedMart about this but haven't gotten a response & several days have passed by. This was my first ordering experience!

Hospital bed - Carroll CS7 Hi-Low Hospital Bed I would have ordered from a local company rather than a national supplier if I had known it would take so long to get all the needed parts delivered. 1. Ordering was easy. I phoned to be sure I ordered the correct items. Very courteous, knowledgeable service. 2. Because I was in a big hurry, I paid for a more expensive bed 'in stock' to ensure quick delivery. I was told it would arrive in about a week, but the time frame really was two weeks. 3. Then I heard from the delivery company that the rails would ship separately. The rails are the reason we bought a bed in the first place. 4. Delivery and installation were 5 star excellent, but without the rails, the bed is not useable for us. 5. Note that the holster for the pendant remote (shown in the user manual) is not included with the bed. I wish I had known this. I'll get it on Amazon. 6. Now it appears the rails might arrive around day 18 after being shipped directly to us by the manufacturer. Nice bed. Nice people at MedMart. Not the buying experience I hoped for.
