Order was quickly filled and shipped however the mattress was not delivered. Called customer service and got an email saying they would look in to it. Two days later I called customer service again and got the same response. 2 days ago I went to the next level and found out it had never been ordered. I was told that it was confirmed ordered and I would receive it in three days. This in my opinion should have been shipped overnight after the response I received from your customer service.

I thought everything was going good but I get to my mothers place ( an adult care) before 2:00 expecting the bed to arrive at 2:00. 45:00 min. later I call and Med Mart is closed at 2:45. I think you should have people that you can talk to on this side of the states. Now I have to set the old bed up again. I find this very unprofessional. Both who ever handles delivery and the fact this side of the states are left pretty much hanging without help. You should consider fixing these things since you sell to this side of the country. stuck with out help Connie in Washington State

Unhappy with some of the customer service. One lady was helpful, made calls to check on order, and delivery date. The other lady did not what she was doing and was unable to find my order when I provided the order number. The web site NEEDS to be updated because it says delivery of items in 3-business days from time of order. I placed an order on Sept 11, 2020, today is sept 22, 2020, and I still do not have my order. I hate Fedex because packages are usually not delivered when promised.

To start with, Customer Service is just plain awful. I have wasted hours, yes hours, trying to reach customer service with numerous phone calls trying to find out about my orders. Typically, one of two things happen. Either I am on hold for 30-45 minutes (usually being told every couple of minutes that I am number one in the queue) before I get frustrated and hang up or I press "#" to have someone call me back. Having pressed the # at least a half dozen times to have someone call me back (without losing my place in the queue), NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK! I did get through a couple of times only to be given inaccurate information. I placed an order by phone and confirmed that it would ship within four days as stated on the website. Two weeks later and it still hadn't shipped. I managed to get through to someone in customer service (after numerous calls). They did not know why it had not shipped but said they would look into it and email me with what they found out. I never received an email or any contact whatsoever about my order. I called again two days later and was assured that it would be shipped in a couple of days. That was to have happened last week and I still have not received a notice that it has shipped in the fourth week after the original order. Oh, by the way, my credit card was charged the same day the order was placed. I placed a second order a few days after the first and was assured that it would ship within three business days. On the third business day, I received an email saying my order had shipped along with a tracking number. The tracking number I received has never worked on the MedMart website or the freight company. After being frustrated at not being able to reach Customer Service at MedMart, I called the freight company directly even though I had limited information. They eventually found my product and informed me that the product wasn't received by the freight company until THREE DAYS after MedMart said it was shipped. They also told me I wouldn't receive the product until about a week MedMart assured me I would get it. I have had it with MedMart and will never shop there again.

I requested fabric samples which arrived very quickly, but when trying to contact the company to purchase the recliner/lift chair, I had a question, and have not received any return communication from the company. Their lack of response for such an expensive item concerns me.

I am still waiting for my product and it has been two weeks. I have to do all of the calling to get any information from MedMart, when I go into My Account there is no information and doesn't show my order. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this company. Hoping that there are no surprises/issues when the electric scooter finally arrives

Ordered a medium walking vest gait training sling per instructions. Vest straps too long and no adjustment clamp. It do not fit comfortable around waist. Need adjustable straps and clamps

I purchased a seated walker for my stepdad who is 300 lbs. I explained to the manager that the seat needed to be wide enough for him. The width dimensions were not specified in the description of the walker. She told me it was 24 inches. I kept asking if that was correct because that was our main issue. I ordered the walker to find out that the entire thing is 24 inches. The seat is maybe 19 inches. There’s no way a 300 lb person could get into the seat. She should have known this. I was definitely”sold. “ During our phone conversation, I really felt like I could trust Margaret, the manager. I would not do business with this company again.
