Didn't recieve product. Said in stock and would deliver by Dec 5th. Didn't happen. Help desk says they will let me know when manufacturer shipis? Wth? They suck.

I was in the hospital for six weeks, and the physical therapist suggested that I have a bedside commode when I went home. I went online to the MedMart site and chose a commode to purchase and did so. I wasn't sure if I was really going to need it but decided to get one just in case. When I got home, it had arrived, but I told my wife not to open it because I was doing so well that I didn't think I would need it. So, I decided to contact MedMart to see about how to return it. The lady that I spoke to said that I could return it but that I would not get a refund because I would have to pay shipping and other restocking fees and that there wouldn't be any money left for a refund. The total cost of the commode was $58.22. She also told me that I could just keep the commode, give it to a friend, sell it, or donate it, but there was no way that they could give me any kind of a refund. For a company as large as MedMart, I would think that they would have some kind of refund policy that would not stick the customer with an unwanted item. I will not be returning to MedMart to buy anything in the future. I should have bought my second choice which I found at Amazon. They would have given me a refund with no strings attached.

We urgently need the product. A sit-to-stand was ordered so that my dad can be cared for at home. A defective product was delivered. It's not usable. We've been playing phone tag and getting the run around for over a week now. This useless device has been sitting here in our home for a week now with no answer or decision that will solve the problem. The replacement part you want to send is unless since the broken park cannot be removed. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO REMOVE THE BROKEN SCREW! So a new part is useless. We need you to send someone to fix it or replace the device.

Don't buy from this company. The product that I received was nonoperating. Customer service delayed in response to fix for more than 30 days, wouldn't send someone out to fix it and kept sending me troubleshooting videos to fix their defective product. I didn't have time to troubleshoot it as my family member was suffering from a health crisis in the hospital. So I decided to return it. They said there's nothing wrong with the product and charged me more than $900.00 to ship it back and restock the item. They had the audacity to gauge me in my darkest days. Med Mart is the worst company and heartless.

I had a problem charging my motorized wheelchair. I had to call multiple times since nobody got back to me. When I finally spoke to customer service, I was promised a new charger, and he would get back to me. Nothing happened. The tech person was very nice and also said he would call back, but nothing. Nobody helped me or cared that I was immobile, alone, and totally dependent on the working of the wheelchair. I would NEVER buy from Med Mart again! I ordered an extra battery form Amazon, and I think I will be okay now, no thanks to Med Mart!

Installation experience terrible I bought equipment online They dropped it in my driveway and the installer didn't show up for 3 weeks The equipment js still having issues after install and the installer came in from out of state so no one here to fix issues . The information on the order was for my mother . I called 12 times was disconnected 4 times and delt with some very rude people . I learned my lesson Medical equipment should not be purchased online . The installer came from another state and when we called for service we were told it would take 2 weeks Not a great business model for people who need this equipment to stay safe Who puts the order number in a review ?? This is typical of this company Denied all responsibility This equipment was for my mother and I have a contract and an order number Seems like your company just wants to deny responsibility for poor quality and service . Stop hiring handymen who are not trained well to do work that needs specific training . Do not buy from this company !!! No one from trust pilot contacted me Now you have really made me angry I am going to register as a verified reviewer on every review site I can find and tell them not to shop with tour company You are horrible !! I have called your company multiple times I will never call again I will keep posting negative reviews and tell anyone who ask not to deal with you Your company should be investigated

Unfortunately, with the information provided, I am not able to find this order to check the status. I need the PO or the email of the person who placed the order to pull the information. The name, phone number and email are not associated with any order with us for us to reference. Based on this, this experience was with another company. Anyone that has installation service with us would have an order to reference. Update 1/21/25 - you were asked privately by Trustpilot to supply details for this order.
