It was very easy to follow and to place an order for what I wanted to buy.

It was easy to apply for credit and get it. And get what you need.

James was an excellent person in that he knew what he was talking about. The bed is coming sooner than we thought so that is Great!! The only thing I didn't like was when someone called to let me know when the bed was coming she said there would be a charge for unloading it at the nursing home. That was never told to me. Thankfully the guy at the nursing home will be there to take care of that. That charge should have been conveyed right from the beginning as the bed was expensive enough. Otherwise a great experience.
