I liked the price but it didn't give me the info on the change of handles for different heights.

Very good customer service!

I attempted to order an item on the website. Went through and completed my order, applied discount code, confirmed all info and clicked my agreement with the return policy. I even got a code, but there was nothing to click on to actually place my order. The first rep said to refresh the screen, which I did to no avail. I repeated the on-line order with the same result. The second rep I spoke with had no answer as to the problem, but he took my order over the phone, and the order has been placed.

Easy to order

I had tried to buy from another company. After several pages of fill ins, they would not allow me to get to the pay page until I joined their group 😤 Went to your page and paid a bit more but it was a very quick process. Hope the product is as good as the order process was.

Med+Mart went above and beyond to suffice. My medical needs. They did a research to find me a comparable mattress and delivered thank you Med+Mart.

An ability to track my order is uncertain.

The site contained a lot of information but, a comparison chart would have made selection easier.
