Received products in a timely manner. However, when opening product, there where missing parts. A email was sent and still waiting for a reply.

was delivered to installed on 3/31/2021. Still haven't received it, despite paying an extra $250.00 for delivery.

Happy with product but I had to pickup scooter because shipper is short staffed with driver and was going to take 3 weeks to deliver.
