Even with wheels locked the entire chairs slides when trying to place a person into it. May work for able bodied person but definitely not for use with Hoyer or Sara lifts. The foot rest is made for a small child. Too short of a distance from chair seat to foot rest forcing a person's knees to be almost chest high when seated on the chair.

Im an 86 year old lady would have liked my chair put inside my home,but was told it couldnt be done,so was very disapointed////have to wait until I can get helpto unpack my chair

Delivery was much much slower than what was posted. Sent an email looking for it at one point and only received an automated text back saying someone will get back to me

No ability to track shipment. No response from customer service. Item arrived with a flat tire.

Ordered a scooter. Paid in full. Said two weeks or less delivery. Took 6 weeks. Order was lost in Las Vegas. Finally got scooter, paid $200 for set up but never got set up or a refund. Opened box and part for hood was missing. Emailed customer service. Still haven’t heard from them two weeks later.

A whole week went by before Iwas notified the item was discontinued. I had to start all over looking for a bench. Would have liked to have been notified sooner

Call in due to only received sling, was sent wrong sling orders a full body sling, Hoyer lift was sent separately not a problems was given different date for delivery as no email for tracking Hoyer lift was received just for sling. I ordered a 6 point bar to change from a 2 point for better weight management of patient did not received 6 point bars, when I called back in was told someone would call me that same day, still have not received a call on my missing ordered part. Very poor customer service.
