Pretty upset with this place.
Pretty upset with this place. I’ve bought the hi-low bed that was $4,600 however it wasn’t going to work out for us so I put in for a return during the 7 days requirement to return. They told me I can’t return it. Not understanding this as it isn’t an item specified that cannot be returned and I did it within 7 days that’s allowed. They said once skin touches it, it can’t be returned. Well then that would be ALL of there products then wouldn’t it. Besides, the bed wasn’t used as we quickly realized it will not work. Return policy is a scam. Now I’m stuck with an 800#, $4,600 bed I can’t use. It claims high low, but the low point is not low enough. And by the way shipping this bed was ridiculous. Messed up for weeks and even when they finally realized they were shipping to wrong address, upon delivery, they still went to the wrong address. Not happy. I will remove my comment only if Medmart gives me a refund. Otherwise, in my opinion don’t shop here.
