Worked with Tim by chatting and then a phone call. He was very helpful and walked me through the process of buying a hospital bed.

The staff were very helpful in making my purchase. The only negative aspect is they added sales tax on to the bill for a tax free purchase. I am trusting they will get this taken care of soon.

Tim was not a fast talking, hurry up sales person ! My first call to Tim was for information only, and he was kind and replied with all the information I needed. I called back to purchase the mobility scooter and Tim was very efficient in processing the purchase.
