I must say I am a little disappointed. Upon arrival of my scooter there was NO Manuel. Also the box was left at the end of my driveway. I was told by the delivery person that is where they are suppose to drop it off. So I decided I wanted another key. I called on Monday, October 16th and spoke to Serigo. He said he had to contact the manufacturer and would get back to me tomorrow. I waited til the 19th and called again. At that time I got Laura and she followed up and got back to me on the23rd and the key is ordered.

THE COMPANY WAS EXCEPTIONAL IN HANDLING MY ORDER . MY ONLY PROBLEM WAS WITH THE ARMS ON THE TRANSPORT CHAIR I ORDERED. WHEN I AM SEATED IN THE CHAIR THE ARMS ARE SO HIGH THAT IT IS DIFFICULT FOR ME TO GET THE LEVERAGE TO GET MYSELF OUT OF THE CHAIR. I HAVE HAD TO PUT TWO LARGE CUSHIONS IN THE SEAT TO BE ABLE TO GET UP.

The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Straight to the point with general knowledge.

Buying online doesn’t work well. Dealing with the folks on the phone was better.
