Ordered 2 items. Never received shipping confirmation. Days later received one item. Contacted customer service by email. Never received a reply, but days later received the second item. Not impressed!

Hello I ordered from Med Mart because the pricing was a great price. The order stated it would ship in 1 to 2 business days. I ordered my wheel chair the first of Dec. 2020. It is the 29th of Dec. and still have not received the wheelchair. Not good business.

Ordered a hospital bed which said it would ship the next day. After a week, I sent an email to the company to inquire about when the bed would ship. Received no response so I called the company. Miraculously the bed shipped that day with a delivery date of 4 days later. It’s now past the delivery date and still no bed. Very disappointed.

After weeks of waiting we received scooter as ordered, but it was extremely frustrating communicating with them. The nametag was misspelled and I emailed them for a correction, but several weeks have passed after that email and I still have no response

Had to call several times to find out a delivery date. Never received an email of a tracking number.

Still have not receive the item I ordered. Med Mart sent the wrong item and not what was originally ordered. No instructions on the return of the wrong item to Med Mart.
