Hi there, I reviewed your order and your sales rep, Lynette has tried to reach you regarding your order. I see this order has white glove in home delivery and that takes 2-3 weeks for complete delivery. This order was just placed 3 business days ago. I also listened to the call and Lynette informed your aide on speakerphone with you of the lead time. This is typical and common for in-home delivery and set-up of large items. Hi there, First and foremost, I'm sorry that there was a rip in the back of the wheelchair which had to happen during the shipment. I reviewed this case and the communication in regard. I see that the delivery was made to the physical therapist and there was no known damage at the time of delivery or marked as damaged on delivery. Although that's typically required for damaged shipment replacement items, we advocated for you with the manufacturer and Sergio advised in writing that they have agreed to send a replacement back on 1/22/25 and a reply was received within the hour "Thank you kindly!" I'm not sure where else the communication would have fell short as I was fully prepared to use this order as an example of how we can improve for our customers. The manufacturer will not send a whole new wheelchair for an unmarked shipment damage issue especially of cosmetic nature and not structural damage. We don't ever want to project anything rudely in any way so I do apologize for anything that may have seemed that way. Hello, I have reviewed this as this sounded very odd to me. Your order was not cancelled, the tracking that was originally sent was cancelled as the manufacturer updated it with UPS and it is actually Fedex. Your order was placed with us on 1/16/2024 and shipped on 1/17 and was delivered to the shipping address on the order prior to this review on 1/20. We sent this update to the email on the order also. Hi there, I reviewed your order and the details mentioned. Slings are exempt from return since we are an actual medical equipment company with our own stores and warehousing meaning we have to be delicate and in compliance with health and safety regulations and a sling out of its packaging, due to skin contact, is unable to be returned. I would like to mention the sling you ordered states; "the sling can transfer in both a seated and reclined position, Need to transfer to and from the commode? The open-bottom design makes bathroom visits easier than ever." This sling indeed can be done in either way depending on how you attach the end loops. We emailed you an image of this on Monday 1/20/25 and the response from the manufacturer that writes their own description on their products and are tested for the same. Please check your email from a few days to help you in transferring in a seated position. Thank you.

Hello Dominique, I show your order was placed on the 8th and shipped on the 9th and was just delivered today 1/13. Since the unit shipped from Georgia and I do not see overnight or 2-day shipping purchased for your order, the shipping time is standard for ground deliveries via FedEx. Hello Clinton, I see your order was placed on New Years Eve and most of our manufacturers are closed early that day and closed completely the next day. We were advised when business resumed that there would be a delay on this particular size for that product as it was sold out. We do have many like items that we can assist with when one item is out of stock we usually can help you find a comparable item available.
