BEWARE THIS COMPANY. If it were possible to give this company a 0 star review, I would. I ordered a wheelchair for my 90 year old mother who broke her hip. She needed it in order to return home. It was clearly stated the item would ship the same week I placed the order. After confirming my order I received notice that shipping would be delayed by 2 weeks. I contacted the company through email and phone and stated I would like to request a cancellation as it would no longer arrive on time. I was told it had just been shipped therefore a cancellation would result in fees of over $1000.00 for return shipping to Canada and restocking. It is my opinion that this is tip toeing into the area of targeting the elderly, who are the major consumers of this type of equipment, with deceptive sales tactics. The ship/arrival date continued to be pushed back. I ordered the wheelchair on August 23rd. It is now September 14th. I have still not received the order. Shame on you Med Mart.

Well they need to use a different shipping company, they left my new scooter in the parking lot ,that's were we had to put it together since I had no way to bring it up. It was very heavy,im disabled and can't walk.Im lucky my neighbor helped me.

We have a Rascal that was delivered about 4 weeks ago, it doesn’t work!!! 🙁 I have been in contact with a customer service representative who informed me that the manufacturer ordered a replacement part , the scooter has a throttle problem does not move. The part has still not arrived it’s been a week since ordered. The customer service representative informs me that the manufacturer is having an issue finding a technician to repair our Brand New Rascal scooter . Brand new and needs a replacement part doesn’t make sense to me!! This situation has caused my husband & I a lot of grief🙁 we sit in our chairs and look at the scooter sitting in our entry and say why is this happening to us, when our intention was only to purchase the scooter to help my husband get around the house 🙁🙁 It been very disappointing.

I was hoping that it wouldn't come to this but here we go. I am 79 and suffer from severe COPD. I decided to replace my current Mobility Scooter with a new one. MedMart was recommended as the place to look on-line. After searching and comparing I place an order for a Pride Scooter. After add-ons and delivery and assembly I spent a little over $3000. This was done on Aug 4, 2026. On the 12th I received an e-mail stating that my product had shipped and here begins my odyssey. I was supplied with a Tracking Number which was virtually useless. I found out that the shipping company does not have a tracking web site ergo I had no way to track my order. When I asked Med Mart about this all they did was give me a phone number to the shipper. This started a long round of Phone tag with various entities. Tiring of this I emailed Med Mart with my concerns.I received an e-mail confirming receipt and a little later a phone call that told me nothing. As of now I am out $3000+ with nothing to show for it. I feel Med Mart bears ultimate responsibility for the due to the fact that I placed the order through them and they took my money. I feel a lot of this is due to the White Glove Primier Delivery that I paid extra for.

Product was not delivered

Was not able to use machine asked for help. Was told to watch video on internet it did not help I it took a week to get it instead of 2 days I had high hopes that my brother would be able to get to a wheelchair but now he's very depressed

You changed me for the scooter on July 21 and I didn’t receive it yet today is 8/14!!!You should charge when it ship!!!!

Haven’t received all parts yet. Ups is obsolete and no response from you.
