I called inn with one chair in mind. After talking with Daryl, he directed me to one with the same options, but a better fit. I felt confident we had the right chair. It was perfect when it came. My mom loves it. Thank you Daryl for your help and expertise.

Easy to use and helpful chat experience. Especially liked the discount that was added when I used the chat function.

Ismael is professional, knowledgeable, and patient. We went through several options. Ish was patient and kind as we discussed the needs for a dementia patient. He helped compare several similar items which was quite helpful to me. Ismael personifies the best in customer service.

Everyone at the company was so nice to deal with. It was just sometimes hard to get a hold of someone. But also their computer system was down so I just remembered so that explains that. I did like that they had gone over the different types of equipment and what each piece could do that was very important to figure that out so I didn’t have to return anything.
