Lynn was amazing and helped me through the ordering process. The new bed set up was good , the bed is very nice and meets my mother’s needs. Everything you would expect for a bed in this price range. However the company who set up the bed never called to let me know, even though I asked to be called . By chance I was at my moms’s the day of delivery (a Wednesday ) but after the bed had already been set up and delivered. I paid to have the bed removed ( my mother is in a nursing home facility and receiving hospice care) the delivery company failed to remove/dispose of the old bed. I spoke to the delivery that afternoon and was told it would be gone that week. When I went back on Sunday the bed had not been removed! I had to call Medmart and It took a week and several phone calls to finally get it removed. I asked for a refund of the removal cost and was politely told no. This after a week of hospice having to work around the left behind old bed and me having to take and make multiple calls to get it done. A special thank you to Dili for all her help. The bed is nice, but I am not impressed with the delivery service nor how they don’t make refunds of any type for glaring incompetence on their end.
