Always helpful, but the confirmation of my order had the wrong color. The correct color but not available. I had to cancel my order and Darrell did that very efficiently.

The 4 stars are for the service reps who answered many of my questions. If I had to rate just MedMart webpage, it would get 2 to 3 stars because many of my questions was due to the lack of information for a production and the very confusing way your webpage handles items that get a free add-on. I had purchased a Hoyer Lift which comes with a free sling, but no where does the page states WHICH sling and HOW to get it; it doesn't tell customers that the free Add-on occurs in one of the steps in checkout.

Came quickly and what was ordered. Seemed tools specified not accurate and pics little small, but was able to figure out how to get it together (no way for us to look at disk). Handling the parts, it was clear that the lift quality is high.

Extremely polite and fast service as I ordered a mattress for my elderly mother. I'll let you know about the product once I receive it

I originally called looking for help and guidance. I got some help. Told i would get a call back...4 days later...NEVER got a call back... I got an Email with a great discount. Which got me to order from you again... it was the best price I've seen... Very disappointed in the customer service this time around.
