Med MartReviews of medmartonline.com

Last Sunday’s Medmart newspaper ad (Dayton Daily News) said to get 10% off regularly priced items to use promo code at the on-line checkout. It kept coming back as an error. There were no conditions except that the item be purchased at the regular price. So I called. For reasons unclear to me, I was told it was not applicable. I went ahead & ordered the item. During the checkout, they professional & nice lady did find some sort of 6% discount. Med Mart should not behave contrary to it’s advertisement.

The delivery time from order to installation took about 3 weeks to complete. When the bed was sent, the mattress was not included.

We were told we would get a conformation number on each shipment and did not get them. We asked if we could return the first seat and have not received a yes or no answer. we are pleased with the product.

chat took too long. I prefer a phone call

My original talk with Kristen was bad. She refused to take an order as she said I didn’t purchase my scooter from Ned mart and could not order unless I did. I spoke with someone today Lindsey and she she I was ok and would track my order. I almost did not buy from you because of kristen

The second time you ask me! Second rotator arrive broke open falling out and a part missing! Does anyone actually read these and respond?

Product a lot smaller than I expected.

Ordered a Carroll CS5 hospital bed for $2500, arrived damaged and missing parts. Customer service wait time is approximately 30+ minutes any time you call. They do not follow through or keep you informed although promised updates. Sent pictures of damage and follow up emails no response. Several calls have been made with no results. My 90 year old mother cannot not be moved to her new memory care facility as we do not have a bed. Mattress and rails did not arrive. Was told they would get information on delivery of these next day, 3 days later, no response. Will be cancelling payment. Read other reviews about customer service. Will update review if there is a resolution. UPDATE Called Medmart online again this morning (wait time only 3 min) was told the same line I had heard before. Told them I have NEVER been contacted by anyone about my repeated attempts for a resolution, was told a supervisor would call me. Told her I wasn't holding my breath and if I didn't hear by 2pm I would have the card company recind my payment and order elsewhere. LINDSEY called an hour later and sent out a new bed, mattress, and side rails and sent me the tracking number as well as fedex label and instructions for return of original bed. Apologized for the ball being dropped multiple times and at this time resolution is obviously satisfactory. Willing to give them the benefit of doubt this was a fluke and will update again on final result and update rating Final update...bed, mattress, head and footboard all received as promised by Lindsey all in perfect working order. Upgraded to 3 stars considering the difficulty required to get it right. If everything went as expected 5 stars, fixed problem timely 4 stars
