The product was nothing like I expected but with a 25% restocking fee and shipping back to factory on my dime I would pay approximately $500 if I returned it.

Shady business I ordered a hospital bed on 2/6 and I called on 2/8 to cancel order and left a message but never got a call back. Then I called back on 2/10 and they said it would be picked up by carrier on 2/14. Then all of a sudden I get email that it was shipped already. I called back and they told me they would have to charge me $150 each way to return bed and a 25% restocking fee. Then an hour later they call me me that the ordered was in Fresno and they wanted to schedule a delivery date. That same afternoon I got email that the mattress was able to be cancelled. The lady at warehouse said they had the bed and mattress already though. Just doesn’t sit right with me with the way they expedited everything just to be able to charge me for returns and restocking fees.

Hi there, We would not ever speed up a shipment to charge return fees. We take losses on most returns majority of the time. We provide estimated shipping dates and always will strive to ship sooner. We pride ourselves in fulfilling orders as quickly as possible with the business that we're in. Had you not had the need to cancel, you would have appreciated those efforts. We stopped what we could which were the other items on the order and I'm sorry we couldn't stop the actual bed as we would have preferred to do. I'm sorry this entire experience happened for you the way that it did, and I assure you there was nothing malicious on our end.

I ordered a patient lift & sling on Feb.10th. Taking advantage of a financing option with a partner company listed on Med Mart’s site. The company is named Splitit. The offer was 12 months financing, no interest & no fees. After I chose this method of financing I received a 12 month breakdown of each monthly payment amount which I appreciated. I then placed the order. Immediately after placing the order I checked my master card to see if they had charged the first month’s payment of $217.54, which indeed they had. They also charged $2392.96 which was the entire remainder of my order. I could not understand how they could do this when it was clearly laid out for me previously what they'd be deducting each month. I agreed to that $217.54 charge but not to the full balance. I called Med Mart & asked about it. They said they have nothing to do with the financing part, that Splitit was a partner company & I’d need to call them. I explained to them that there was no phone number listed & after looking I could not find their phone number Med Mart provided me their contact number. This was not a good number & there was no way to reach Splitit. For this reason I called Med Mart back requesting a cancellation of the order. This was an hour & half after placing the order. They said they’d cancel but it may have shipped already. A nice lady, Margaret called me back left me a detailed message with verification of my cancellation & an apology for the frustration. I believe Med Mart no longer offers Splitit as a payment option. I had to file a fraud dispute with my master card today. 2/14/25 Update. I was NOT explained anything what so ever about SplitIt credit card company going to debit my account for the TOTAL remainder amount as a soft charge. It showed up on the 10th of Feb, 2025, along with the agreed upon $217.54. Today is the 18th of Feb. & it is still there pending. IF I had been told when I made attempts to resolve this via my phone calls to Med Mart, then this entire mess could have been avoided. IF I had been given a good number to reach Splitit it also might have been avoided. The first month’s charge has cleared & I have spent many attempts to resolve the issue before having to file a fraud charge, but… was left with no other choice. This has been a very frustrating, time consuming & unfortunate situation with lack of communication between two partner companies.

Hello, Management emailed you proof of your financing that is done through a third-party company. We have been in business for over 30 years, we have 3 brick and mortar stores in Ohio and have 1000's and 1000's of reviews all over the internet with the highest review rating of any other company online. You were explained what happens with the credit card split it program. The credit card SPLITIT company takes the first payment and then does a temporary charge of the balance to be sure you have the credit available on that credit card in order to approve you. That soft pull falls off your card and never is charged. You also ordered an item that is shown as super-fast same-day shipping however, management called and got your voicemail so updated you by email that we did cancel the shipment and held it from shipping although we already have the label and sent tracking to you. We in no way offer fraudulent financing on our site and have been trusted online for many years now. We are truly sorry you have these types of beliefs with your experience and wish you well in your other choices for purchasing products online.

I placed a order for a bed for my father 2/6 I called on 2/10 to cancel order because dad was admitted to the hospital and wasn’t going to be needing the bed any longer. The lady I spoke to said the bed was set to ship 2/14 and it hadn’t shipped. Then she said was going to send me an email to cancel order, I instead got an email stating the order was shipped today. I called back and they said it would be $300 for shipping fees and 25% restocking fee if i cancel the order, even though at first it hadn’t been shipped.

Horrible communications I have requested a manager call back for the last 3 weeks ordered bed Jan 8, 2025 and still have not received it. Each call they state we will notify management about your call and when replying will someone call me back, they state we will notify management about your call. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
