i purchased the Baja BA400. The machine arrived on schedule and was just as advertised. Set up was fairly easy. The vehicle has more power than i thought it would. I am quite happy with it. One of the accessory boxes was damaged during shipping. Med Mart customer service quickly replaced the item for me

I called about the med mizer bed and Darrell was very helpful at picking the correct bed and correct mattress I needed. The bed came and we installed it very easily. Works just like he told us. I will be buying other things if I need them. Only thing that I would change is the rail handles are not tall enough to easily turn on side with. The bed is really heavy duty on weight capacity.

I was more than upset and frustrated trying to order a scooter and pay with automatic withdrawal. With tears after trying for 3 hours I called and Caleb was more than understanding, patient and very explicit about all I needed. I was more than impressed by him and his demeanor in understanding that I was beyond frustrated. What a great employee and more than knowledgeable.
