Order came fast. Was what I ordered. Price not bad.

Time was great

Purchasing my power wheelchair went fine. It was after the purchase that it got tricky. My batteries went bad, I contacted your company and was told to contact the manufacturer, which I did. They told me they didn’t have my batteries (out of stock) , no estimated time of arrival. Contacted your company and was told they were in stock. My old batteries had to be load tested. Manufacturer sent a tech to test them, results were sent to your company!!! I received an email from your company that I had to take the chair to get load tested!!! I explained that it had been tested already. I guess your company didn’t believe me, they were supposed to get a copy of the test. I guess they FINALLY received the report, I received a new set of batteries covered by my warranty. This whole ordeal took about five weeks approximately. Such an inconvenience for me. I ordered the Molift Raiser from online. I was happy that the order didn't take long get, I needed it ASAP! I was a little disappointed that it looked a little more unstable than it did in the photos. It does perform as advertised. I suggest anyone who buys this get the belt accessory. Stability is the game!

The website worked well I picked out the scooter I wanted but before I purchased it I called the company to see what they would recommend for me and it was the same scooter I had picked out. Their representative was extremely helpful and didn’t try to sell me a more expensive one.
