Manufacturer did not complete the build. The foot carpeting is missing. I contacted Customer service Friday Oct 8 9am for a call back and now it's Oct 12th and no one has replied. However before purchasing I was getting full attention for 3 days straight. I will glad when someone returns my inquiry. I travel soon and don't want my feet to slip while riding.

The product I received was not the one ordered. It came with 2 broken parts & 1 missing part. We still have not received the plastic hand pieces to date. The product we got will work so we chose to not return it & took a credit for the difference . Not sure it has posted yet.

I ordered the 3 wheeled Scooter but was shipped the 4 wheeled scooter instead. I called about the mix-up and was informed that your company would contact me soon to discuss the matter. I have not had any contact (about the wrong Scooter delivered to me) from any agent from the Scooter company to this date. I was going to purchase a second Scooter for use inside our home but, am not sure how reliable Med Mart's ratings are on standing by their sales. The 4 wheeled scooter is being used by me and it works alright outside and inside stores but, would have preferred the 2 wheeler instead. After all, that's what I ordered. Thank you...

My chair was advertised as being for people up to six foot four I'm only six 2 and yet my feet still hang off the end of the footrest I was disappointed

Ultimately, it depends on personal preference, but when selecting a lift chair, it is recommended that the heels of the person just hang off the footrest. Products are great and, when you can connect with a representative, the service is good. However, I waited on hold for over an hour to connect on several occasions. Also, after I received my product I again contacted customer service to get a PDF of the manual and it took almost 1 month for them to get back to me with an email. My guess is that they are very understaffed, otherwise seems like a great group of people and great products.
