Med MartReviews of medmartonline.com

Sean Lorenz was excellent in helping me locate my information (Color, size and Model ) on a chair that I purchased locally two weeks ago. He even contacted the manufacturer to verify the findings! Sean gave me all of the info BEFORE I told him that I wanted to purchase an identical chair!! His interest in satisfying the customer before making a sale is a reflection on his integrity and that of the company. He won me over with his attitude and helpfulness. Sometimes us Octogenarians get a little cantankerous and hard to deal with. But, Sean‘s smooth nature soon soothed my old feathers and sold me a top-of-the-line Pride Ultra lift chair!

Very pleasant sales lady I think her name was Kristen, she set me up with everything all I had to do was call my bank to make sure the next day that my debit card would honor the full balance. Thank you very much looking forward to recieving my scooter.

krisen was awesome - patient and knowledgeable

Customer service with Darell made everything easy. Discount was amazing. I asked a question on my 1st search and it was answered expeditiously. When I had other question after obtaining an email address replies were also any in a timely manner.

I called & spoke with a representative who helped me place my order after I'd created an account. He also suggested the correct sized sling - and that size (large) fit my 6 foot tall frame - comfortably.

Kristan Hewitt made our purchase extremely easy. She knows your products & answered all of our questions. Med Mart is lucky to have her working for them. Thank you Kristan for all your help!!! Glenn
