I am very disappointed with Med Mart. They do not communicate after the sale, even though I called and left messages. The bed arrived without the attachment for a wider bed, although this is what I ordered. It has been at least 3 weeks and we still don't have it. Also, a piece of metal has fallen off of the bed. The bed cost over $4000.00, and for that amount of money, at a minimum, I would expect the courtesy of a return call. I am going to contact the Pennsylvania Attorney General, Josh Shapiro to get a resolution to the issues we are having with Med Mart. As an aside, the installers were great.

In my opinion not worth the money . the drink holder doesnt hold a 16 oz water bottle!

The replacement part I ordered was correct and worked, BUT I paid an extra $40 to ship the part overnight and it did not arrive for 5 days! Someone shipped it regular mail instead of overnight. I am not pleased.

The rails for the bed we ordered did not come with the bed.

I ordered a 8 foot ramp and I received half of it on Friday and the other half didn’t come until 5 days later. I had to have a person come and put it together twice, and that was an inconvenience for me.

The initial wait time to receive the bed was long itself, then when it did arrive a wire broke during installation. A month later we hadn’t heard anything regarding the replacement. I called customer service and the woman I spoke to was very helpful. However when elderly people are living in pain it is unacceptable for timely service not to be a priority.

I put in two requests for a price correction with a coupon and to have the sales tax removed as I am ordering for a school with no response.

I received extra items. I ordered an upgraded mattress for a hospital bed, and I received the regular mattress and the upgraded mattress. The upgraded one came later, so perhaps that is why I got the regular one with the original shipment, but now I don't know what to do with it! I also ordered one raised potty seat and received two of those. One came fast before the bed arrived. Then another came with the bed. I hate to through them in the landfill, but storing them is difficult as well. Not wanting to put in the time and effort to send them back either. At this rate, Med-Mart is losing a lot of money.
