Kris was alot of help and very personable. She answered all questions!

Sean was patient, courteous, and promptly sent a quote which we used this morning with him to order.

Shawn was the best

I have been looking for a chair like I ordered for several months. I had sat in one like this at a local medical supply store, but I did not want to get it from them. Your 2 representatives I worked with were very helpful and helped me decide which I preferred. I think their names were Kyla and Sonia. Thank you so much. I never could get Affirm to come back to me. They gave me the run around all day, so I decided to just put it on my credit card. I am really hoping this chair works for me. Thank you all again!

Shawn was very professional thank you for that and he had knowledge of the products that was being sold. Honestly excellent service. Thanks again

Website is user friendly, easy to navigate for specific item shopping and new account registration. Appreciate immediate application of welcome discount ~ alleviating the need to “check email” for activation was a plus!

Regarding the visit that occurred yesterday, a gentleman named Mr. Thom came to my location in order to provide assistance pertaining to my chair. Throughout the interaction, he exhibited a very polite demeanor. Furthermore, he demonstrated several novel aspects concerning the functionality or features of my chair. I am of the opinion that you ought to consider providing him with a salary increase, and I am quite serious in this recommendation, truly grant him an increase in compensation as I hold him in high regard. He dedicated a considerable amount of time to working with me.
