Website was easy to use

Jeffersonville In to Lafayette is one day service. Since Dayton freight doesn’t come this way everyday it took 5 days to get my shipment.

I'll be picking up my order when ready. The website was easy but it kept kicking my order back. I finally gave up but tried again later and the order finally went through.

On line chat was helpful for some of my questions. The last question as to the benefit of the service plan over and above the mfg warranty was never answered.i received a discount code for a first time order after I submitted it and paid, instructions unclear how to get this credit. On line link just took me back to the different chair list.

I would like to be notified when my purchase will be delivered.

I was not called back when in the time frame I was told but the lady I talked to was very helpful
