I wanted to order one to make sure it would work on my acrylic shower wall, whine is slight wavy in texture, but it would not let me adjust what appears to be an auto matic minimum of two suction shower grab bars

I'm very upset and disappointed that my husbands Sara Stedy if has not been delivered yet! It's a very important piece of equipment to get him transferred around house! We scheduled several appointments for therapy around its arrival and if I didn't call fedex this morning to see if afternoon delivery could be pushed up to this morning I would have never known ITS NOT EVEN HERE IN OCALA YET BUT STILL IN TRANSIT!!!!! My son took off from work to be here for its arrival to help me get it into the house so he missed a day of work!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

The recliner is nice except it does not lean back near enough it is comfortable as far as the seat with but it does not require onto an acceptable level.

I've been dx with bone cancer in my spine with several fractures in my spine from the cancer. This chair will be a big comfort to me, when I get it. We ordered it because the online site said it would ship the 14th. Then it became the 15th. I spoke with a medmart rep. He said now it would be the 17th.friday..but you ship only during the work week,so technically the ship date is the 20th. Then 3 to 5 more days longer for delivery. Im aware of the hardships in shipping, and difficulties that are happening in our world. My problems and pain have shortened my patience. I need this chair asap. So my rating will probably go up after the chair is here.

I recently bought the Med Mizer bed from Med Mart. I chose Med Mart because the president and another worker seemed very sincere in their presentation about the products their company sells. The bed is amazing amazingly comfortable, and it has provided me with a great night of sleep, considering I had to sleep in a wheelchair since October 27, 2021l, because I was extremely uncomfortable in my bed. My grievance with Med Mart is due to the instructions provided with putting the bed together. The company should give the buyer a heads up on the tools needed to assemble the product beforehand. The instructions were easy to follow at times. At other times, my brother and I were left scratching our heads, especially in placing the #3 & 4 wires in the box. How do you open the box without breaking it? It would be nice to let the consumer know where the clips are that hold the box closed, so the person doesn't have to figure it out. My BIGGEST grievance is the bed in a bag set that I ordered. The pictures show that it comes with two sheets, a pillow case, and a comforter. However, when I opened both packages, there was only a comforter, a pillowcase, and a throw pillow case. It was a good thing that I bought several sheet sets for the bed. I wish the chat representative would have told me what these packages contained. If it wasn't for these two grievances I would have given Med Mart a 5-star rating. I still believe Med Mart is a great company.
