Ordered an air mattress....opened it, never used it. Called to return it. The first line of your return policy says within 7 days. WAAAYYYY AT THE BOTTOM OF YOUR POLICY, it then says all bedding can't be returned. That should be stated right upfront....not many paragraphs down. Quadriplegic Veteran. Will warn PVA to not utilize your company. Ridiculous.

The worst customer service ever, I purchased a striker hospital bed on 3-8-25 , the website says shipped by 3-14-25 . I emailed several times about shipping dates and never once got a response. I called and was told it would be 14 days for delivery. Never once did I hear anything from them until I threatened to cancel order and now it was supposed to be delivered 4-1 and yet another delay . Stay as far from these people as possible, No communications and an attitude when I called

When I ordered the bed I put the address for delivery and paid for a technician to build it because father n law isn’t able to. They called today saying there’s only two options wasn’t nice at all. Pretty much 200 dollars extra from what I paid from the beginning or just deliver it in a box. The reason I ordered it was to be built . I don’t understand why I had to pay an extra 200 after putting the address and they confirmed the address when I ordered it the first time.

We understand your frustration. However we work through several national delivery companies and some areas are just more remote or have less availability. The only technician close enough to you was still several hours away and the additional charge is what their service costs us. We wanted to offer the option to have it shipped directly to you with the thought that maybe friends family or others in your church or community might be able to assist. In which case we also offered to refund the delivery and setup fee you paid originally. We are happy to work with you with either decision that works best for family and needs. the product tore the first time I used it. the zipper broke as well. It was totally useless and I feel totally ripped off by the company.

I show this order is from November of last year. I don't see any messages or calls into our system regarding this issue. If you would like to send some images of the issue we will still attempt to get a replacement for you. With the time delay in getting this reported they may deny our attempts for a full replacement but we will always try to help in any way we can.

Had to pay about $18 for a part, a locking caster, that failed within the 1 year warranty period. I was told that it would need to be repair part ?

Manufacturer's warranty does cover certain items, however, the locking caster is not one of those parts. I understand your dissatisfaction with the out of pocket cost, however, our team was able to provide prompt resolution for the needed part.

This was ordered 3/13/24 and I paid $495 for "Medmart Premier In-Home Delivery". I WAS NOT TOLD THAT THE DELIVERY AND SET UP WOULD DELAY THIS ORDER BY 3-4 WEEKS. I AM A VERY ANGRY AND DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER.
