I am only giving this a 2 stars because my account was double charged $2640. Frustratingly this put my card in the -$1626.35 Hopefully this transaction will be rectified, and I will not incur an overdraft charge due to the merchant. I did leave a message for a representative’s superior lead sales agent .They said that they were going to pass it along…. We shall see how it all pans out. This is very inconvenient as for the product it is charging so I cannot leave a review that is positive unless I tested out after it is charged it did arrive promptly as expected but the packaging did not seem very thorough so hopefully it works after being bumped around and shipping. It was only surrounded by maybe half inch of foam not the hard foam, but the soft kind. I would expect a piece of equipment that cost this much to be better packaged. UPDATE: after a few days this issue has been resolved.

Sean was super helpful assisting my father and I getting a power chair. He answered all of our questions and my father had a lot of questions. Hands down excellent customer service on Sean’s behalf and also to the company for answering the payment questions that Sean knew but double checked for ease of mind. Thanks again. I was amazed at how fast I received my order, which was a 3 wheel travel scooter. It was received less than 72 hours after I placed my order. I was able to put it together myself, a 68 year old woman. I've only tried it out in the house, so far, but am pleased with it. My grown son, was amazed at how it performed, it turns on a dime.
