The website could use additional information about the products or options to select for certain purchases. But Daryl F your product specialist for the Trus-T-Lift was incredibly helpful and not pushy in adding things we didn't need. He also made sure we would have everything we need to install when the product arrived. Well worth the wait time to talk with him on the phone.
