The chair is lovely. The white glove install was on time. Then we realized a couple of the control buttons didn't work. Contacted the vendor immediately, and first off it was difficult to get anyone at Med Mart to answer the phone. To shorten the tale, we are more than sixty days in, with no resolution. We've been patient; now we're just mad.

Box delivered wet and damaged. The product was ok . Believe box is to big. It has several holds and was taped all over the top. This was a used box.

The fact that my father spent $500 on a cushion that did not fit hit wheel chair. He was off by 2 or 3 more inches and was not able to return and get the correct size. Those cushions was non refundable. I would never purchase anything from them even if my father beg me to.

The ordering process and speed of shipping and delivery was outstanding, I couldn't have asked for more. There are two items you should address. 1. The shipping service you use delivers to the curb. They were good enough to put the chair in my garage but people who buy a lift chair are not typically able to assemble and move the chair. You should use a service that sets the chair up for use. 2. The chair I bought was the jumbo chair, (for bigger people and heavier weights, I weigh 340 lbs). The seat needs more padding. When I sit on it I can feel the frame and it becomes uncomfortable after a limited time. I have purchased a memory foam pad to try and improve comfort. The lift mechanism seems to work very well. With some reservation I like the chair.

I'm not happy that new scooter has been funded and no idea when it will be shipped or arrive? Your agent on the phone said it would ship in 2 to 3 working days, but it's been 6 days and no idea when it's coming! Please follow up with some kind of ETA. Thanks
